Outlets at Hillsboro Stores and Hours

Outlets at Hillsboro opened in 1989 and expanded twice during the 1990s to its current configuration. The center was one of the earliest outlet centers developed in Texas strategically located on I-35 between the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex to the north and the Waco/Temple/Killeen/Fort Hood markets to the south. Craig Realty Group, Newport Beach, California, purchased the center in May 2007 and implemented a massive facelift for the property. This work included a new exterior paint design giving Outlets at Hillsboro a fresh, updated look plus enhanced landscaping and onsite signage. In January 2008, Craig Realty Group lighted the center's new towering 80-foot tall LED (light-emitting diode) sign with its massive 14-foot high by 48-foot wide electronic screen. This state-of-the-art LED billboard shows different lighted graphic messages about every five seconds promoting Outlets at Hillsboro's brands, events and marketing partners to approximately 70,000 vehicles passing by the center daily as they travel I-35. Travelers take notice of these high-definition images and the center's undeniable convenience to stop, shop, rest, and, soon, dine.
